Justin Moule

Chief Executive Officer

Justin has many years’ experience creating, leading and developing teams in the supply of software and business management systems into the construction sector. Justin previously headed up the Cloud Division at IRIS Software accelerating adoption of online bookkeeping through the accountancy channel; has spent many years with Integrity Software transforming them into a more customer centric business; and prior to that launched an AIM listed online risk management business. Justin has a deep understanding of construction, accounting and compliance software, and an unwavering desire to deliver solutions that make users’ lives easier and their businesses more profitable.

Peter Davidson

Chief Operations Officer

Peter spent his early career in civil engineering and house building before making the move into the software industry providing construction solutions. Peter was instrumental in the acquisition of Sitestream by Tekton where he worked with Richard Beaton on the US expansion. Since joining he has had operational responsibility for the delivery of new projects and support within Sage Construction and then Eque2.

Steven Ratcliffe

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Steven has many years of product and technology leadership experience from a range of market leading businesses of varying sizes. Steven joined Eque2 from Tripadvisor where he led the product function for all of’s traveller facing channels, materially growing commercial performance particularly around the Viator mobile app. Prior to Tripadvisor Steven has extensive product experience delivering enterprise and SMB level software in address management, fintech, health & safety and travel software. Steven leads the ongoing definition and delivery of Eque2’s product strategy and is passionate about building innovative software solutions that customers love to use and that teams love building.

Richard Boston

Chief Revenue Officer

Richard is an experienced marketer in the technology sector working primarily within software companies, starting at Integrity Software where Richard revolutionised customer and new business marketing within the company’s construction division, and more recently at NetSuite, the global cloud ERP vendor, helping to drive substantial growth of the EMEA region. Richard brings his creative, structured and innovative approach to his team at Eque2 along with construction industry knowledge and experience.

Richard Gray

Chief Financial Officer

Richard is a commercially minded operator, with many years of experience in finance and business leadership, developing teams and capabilities in companies of varying size. Richard joined Eque2 from Axelos, a joint venture between Capita PLC and HM Government, where he built the company financial strategy, and challenged and supported the business to deliver strong revenue growth whilst securing ongoing investment and developing system, process and cost efficiency. He has held several directorships in investor backed businesses in the software, technology and learning industries, and has worked extensively in both the UK and overseas. He is a chartered accountant by trade, having trained and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Dominic Imrie

Development Director

Dom has over 15 years’ experience developing and delivering enterprise level software solutions for the construction and house building industries. Dom joined Tekton following the acquisition of SiteStream Software in 2007 and then joined the senior management team after the acquisition of Tekton by Sage in early 2008. With overall responsibility for the product development teams within Eque2, Dom is committed to driving forward the business’ strategy of delivering high quality and technically innovative products with which the business can lead the market.
