I joined Eque2 10 years ago as a Marketing co-ordinator, to promote our products and services across our growing business. Eque2 were extremely supportive with my goals to develop into more of a senior marketing role and have provided me with the platform to share and execute on my ideas. I have been promoted 4 times within my journey and I’m extremely proud to now work as a Senior Marketing Manager. I am really enjoying the opportunity to take on more management duties and strategic projects that help shape the success of our business.

I joined as an Account Manager from SAGE seven years ago. As Eque2 has grown so has our team of account managers and it is now my responsibility to look after that team, as Head of Account Management. Ultimately, I need to ensure they are looking after our 3,000+ customers and keeping them happy. Although much of my role involves training colleagues, I still have a lot of direct contact with customers, which I really enjoy.

I joined Eque2 in 2018 as a Sales Development Representative, having come through our graduate process. 7 months into the role I had the opportunity to move into the SMB Pre-Sales team where I learnt and demonstrated our mainstream products for our SMB market. In 2022 I got promoted to Senior Pre-Sales Consultancy, and am enjoying the opportunity to take on more management duties and responsibilities.

We have recently been announced as the High Growth Tech Company of the Year 2022, at the Thames Valley Tech Awards.

With technology being the biggest growth sector in the UK, this is a monumental award for Eque2. This award is a celebration of the growth we have seen over the last few years through implementing change, innovating our products, and developing our services.

We’re grateful for the support we have received and are proud to continue supporting our customers through the digitalisation of the construction industry.

We were also finalists at both the Building Innovation Awards and the Construction Computing Awards 2022.

We love where we work

We have offices in Maidenhead, Newcastle, and Birmingham. In August 2022, we opened our new Maidenhead HQ – moving to a larger office space to facilitate our growth plans and to create a more collaborative, fun, and engaging place for our people to work.
