We are introducing:
- Employee-led communities: to bring people together, offer access to the latest thinking, provide support, and offer a route to help educate by shining a light on the realities of others that may be different from ourselves. Our employee-led communities in place currently include Working parents, Looking after ourselves and each other, LGBTQ+, Black and ethnic minority, Menopause, Disability, Neurodiversity, and Chronic Health.
- STEM Activity: work with local schools and colleges to deliver everything from workshops and 1:1 career coaching to speed chat sessions and work experience opportunities.
- Attracting talent: increasing opportunities for diverse groups and reviewing our end-to-end recruitment process and company HR Policies to ensure they are non-discriminatory and legally compliant with UK legislation.
