Project/Contract/Job Management

Multi-level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for better management of costs and visibility of costs at different levels. Raise orders across job task lines and control via approvals and workflow, ensuring users only order what is required. Planning and budgeting for costs and revenues at task and/or cost code within WBS level. Option to drive billing from the job with options for multiple billing types, e.g. cost reimbursement and milestones.

Advanced CVR Reporting

CVR is completely integrated into EVision. All CVR data is maintained centrally: from creating the CVR to reviewing, entering adjustments, cost/revenue; to completing, creating and posting the (WIP) work in progress journal. Full approval process means check in/check out for ease of offline working, including in system lock out of checked out CVR. Ability to export into spreadsheet for offline working and reimport with version management.

Supply Chain Management

Manage supplier performance via scoring. Manage subcontractors from enquiry, quotation and order through measurement & valuation to final account and payment. Manage supplier insurances and performance requirements. Full CIS and VAT compliance for both subcontractors and taxable suppliers e.g. operated plant. Enterprise wide reporting to track spend & exposure with vendors.

Mobile device access for engineers to ensure better call response time and management. Management of owned plant for lifecycle costing. Charging of plant to projects/contracts. Full procurement functionality for hired-in plant. Ensure all sites report on hire off hire using on line tools.

Track and analyse core business information. Manage general ledger, payables, receivables, inventory, analytical accounting, fixed assets, and cash flow. Cumulative billing and payment routines throughout with retention accounting for compliance with industry standards. Multi companies, currencies, locations and fiscal compliance for UK.

Integration with Outlook for Mail, Tasks and Calendar. Full integration with Outlook solutions including export of data into template or style sheet screens.
