Over the last 12 months, Eque2 has seen many successes across the business. We have had a record number of customers join us in 2015, our software has gone through some exciting developments and we have been busy advising construction and contracting companies on the latest industry changes through our free eGuides.
This is what Eque2 got up to in 2015?
Eque2’s software has evolved considerably throughout 2015 with significant software updates for our EVision and Construction for Sage 50 Accounts financial ERP products, a newly updated Housebuilding Sales module that nurtures the customer from enquiry to sale using new features such as personalised email and text, plus the introduction of 2D and 3D measurement tools in our EValuate estimating, cost planning and post-contract software.
GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our Eque2 Support teams have resolved a whopping 99.95% of service calls in 2015, demonstrating that our extraordinary customer experience goes far beyond the implementation of our software.
We also had great customer feedback following our third annual Customer Summit. With a strong theme around collaboration, the Eque2 team delivered product updates and advice, demonstrating how we work with our partners and customers to constantly improve our solutions to meet our customers? requirements.
Eque2 has welcomed 256 new customers of various sizes and industry types, including Alumet Systems (UK) Ltd, John N Dunn Group Ltd, United Utilities, LPL Construction Services, Cara Construction Ltd – making us the most widely adopted construction-specific software provider in the market. We have also welcomed new members of staff to our team this year and, in partnership with our customers, Microsoft, Sage and other complementary solution providers, we are excited to work towards a successful 2016!
AWARD-WINNING CONSTRUCTION ERP SOFTWARE
Eque2’s EVision ERP software was awarded ‘Construction Accounting Product of the Year’ (for the 4th year in a row!) at the 2015 Construction Computing Awards, this award is testament to the user-friendly nature of the software and its ability to streamline contract management.
Eque2 continues to develop and publish a range of free eGuides offering helpful advice and information on current legislation and issues in the construction and contracting industries.
