The business was unable to report in real-time on projects and it took staff longer than needed to pull reports, which made it difficult to make quick business decisions.

Orbital Technical Services is a specialist electrical contractor in the commercial and industrial sector, operating in London and the home counties. Prior to selecting Construct Express, Orbital Technical Services already used Sage 50 Accounts, but relied on spreadsheets for all job costing requirements.

Before researching potential solutions, Orbital struggled with knowing how well they were performing on a project at any given time.
