Eque2 Celebrates Housebuilder Awards 2017 Wins For Customers

November 9, 2017

We would like to congratulate some of our customers for the awards they have won at the Housebuilder Awards 2017. The event took place on November the 2nd at the Intercontinental Hotel, The O2 in London and was hosted by comedian Al Murray.

Telford Homes

Telford Homes, who currently use Eque2’s Housebuilding software, biggest award win was for Medium Housebuilder of the year, for their work in community engagement, design and regeneration. The criteria for this award included a company that is committed to innovation, improvement and excellence. They also won Best Design for Four Storeys or More and Best community initiative. The development that inspired these awards is the Vibe development in Dalston, London.

Eccleston Homes

Eccleston Homes, users of Eque2’s Construct for Sage 50 solution, won the award for Best Marketing Initiative for their campaign on their signature development for The Hamptons. Eccleston’s used imagination and innovation, two of the main criteria for this award, drawn from a children’s story book they created to showcase their approach to choosing homes and nurturing the environment making better homes for their customers.

Lendlease, who use Eque2’s EValuate software, won the award for Best Sustainable Housebuilder of the year as they continuously build their schemes to the Code for Sustainable Homes. For example at their Elephant Park development all buildings are built to a minimum of Code level four, meaning that all homes are 30% more energy and water efficient.

We are pleased to see that Eque2 software is helping our customers achieve their goals and have their accomplishments recognised formally with awards. We look forward to continuing to support them.
