From the day that this article is posted, companies still using the Sage Job Costing module have less than 29 days before support ends for their job costing software.

In this article we’ve handpicked a few of our latest customers who bought Construct over the last month to replace their Sage Job Costing module. Continue reading below why they agree that Construct for Sage 50 is the best replacement on the market and means they can continue to use Sage 50 and Sage Payroll!

Techno Engineering Services

Techno Engineering Services (TES) are a gas and oil servicing firm based across Greater Asia. They have been operating for over 50 years, and have recently focused on branching into power, water and infrastructure development.

With the withdrawal of Sage Job Costing support on the horizon, TES knew that it would be in their best interest to scour the market for a replacement, or potentially an upgrade! This is where they discovered Eque2 and Construct for Sage.

Soon after sending an initial enquiry, an online demonstration was organised. During the demo, TES saw how Construct integrates with Sage 50, their existing accounts package alongside Sage Payroll. They also saw how Construct can easily manage labour costs including timesheets.

Now, Techno Engineering Services have purchased Construct for Sage 50 as it supports their current processes without disrupting them during the implementation.

D D Porter

D D Porter prides itself on undertaking all aspects of building including joinery, refurbishment and fit-out contracting throughout the UK and Ireland. Based out of Halifax, they have an exceptional reputation for delivering quality projects on time and in budget.

Before finding Eque2, D D Porter was using Sage Job Costing alongside spreadsheets and paper timesheets. However, spreadsheets and paper timesheets often lead to discrepancies in the form of duplication and human error. With the timeline of support ending of Sage Job Costing drawing closer, they looked into upgrading their software.

After discovering Eque2, a demo was arranged. Throughout the demo, D D Porter saw how Construct for Sage can improve on their current processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy.

After the demo, D D Porter liked the software so much they rushed to get it set up ASAP. Now, D D Porter have Construct for Sage 50 to replace their Sage Job Costing system.

Muskox Construction

Muskox Construction are high-end residential property developers. Based in Wimbledon and Kingston, they are specialists in property building, home renovation and project design.

After pondering around the array of solutions available, one software particularly stood out: Eque2’s Construct for Sage.

A demo was quickly arranged after Muskox got in contact with us. During the demo, they saw how Construct for Sage 50 can keep up with their rapidly expanding business. Furthermore, they saw how Construct can speed up their reporting as well as having the ability to have real time reporting.

After the demo, Muskox purchased Construct for Sage 50, alongside the Goods Received and Plant Hire Module to monitor on-site plant hire. Muskox can now manage their procurement process with total visibility of performance against budgets.

With the date for support ending fast approaching, contractors are making the decision daily to switch to Eque2’s Construct for Sage.
